What is NLP?
Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) was co-created by Dr Richard Bandler and John Grinder in the 1970’s. It is a psychological approach that explores the connection between neurological processes (how we think), language (how we communicate), and behavioural patterns (how we act). It aims to help individuals understand and change their thought patterns, language use, and behaviours to achieve specific goals and improve personal effectiveness. It is used widely in Business, Leadership, Education, Therapy, Coaching and Personal Development.
